Rat Race Sea to Summit – Ben Nevis

The Rat Race Sea to Summit – Ben Nevis on 10 October 2026 is part of a trilogy of trail ultramarathons to the high points of England, Scotland and Wales.

The Scotland edition is on a 28 mile route that starts on the wild Atlantic coast of Loch Linnhe with views stretching all the way to the west over dramatic Highland landscapes.

Boasting 95% trail, you will pass through ancient woodland, past thundering waterfalls, gorges, hidden Lochans and over remote moorland as you wind your way ever closer towards “The Ben.”
