Blast 5K @ The Meadows Series 4
The Blast 5K @ The Meadows Series 4 on 12 May 2026 is part of a popular mid-week series set in the heart of Edinburgh’s beautiful Meadows.
The event welcomes runners of all abilities on a flat, fast, officially measured and licensed 5km course, based from East Meadows Play Park.
It is open to all runners – beginners, seasoned club runners and children over 11 years with prizes for 1st Male and Female in all age categories (online entries only).
