Wales Triathlon
The Wales Triathlon takes place on the Pembrokeshire coast on 6 June 2026 with a fast course set in an incredible location.
Distances include Middle and Sprint Plus.
The swim course is a sheltered swim inside the harbour bay, followed by a rolling cycle through the stunning Welsh countryside and a run along the aesthetic coastline into Fishguard town.

Middle: 1.2 miles + 54 miles + 13 miles – solo/relay
