Stour Valley Marathon & Half Marathon
The Stour Valley Marathon & Half Marathon on 14 June 2026 uses combination of the St. Edmunds Way, Stour Valley Path and the Essex Way
Starting from Nayland in Colchester, the Marathon covers 27 miles of tracks, trails, roads and byways along the route. The Half Marathon covers the first loop of the Marathon loop.
It is predominantly a self navigation event with GPX files provided, but there will be fully stocked aid stations and checkpoints along the way.
This is a cup-free event – bring your own cup/water bottle for refilling at aid stations during the race.
