Three Shires Way Ultra & Marathon
Three Shires Way Ultra & Marathon on 20 June 2026 includes 50 Mile and Marathon races along the Three Shires Way.
The routes take runners through quiet rural landscapes and ancient woodlands on point-to-point courses. Being a bridleway, they are well way-marked, so navigation is made fairly easy. Refer to event website for transport options.
Linking with the Swan’s Way at the start, the Three Shires Way takes in the county boundaries of Bucks, Beds and Northants at Threeshire Wood, with a 12.4 mile loop around Grafham Water to finish.
The 50 mile route starts from Hanslope, the Marathon from Yelden. Both finish in Marlow Park, Grafham Water.
