Wales Swimrun

The Wales Swimrun takes place on 1 August 2026 along the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

In total, the full distance event includes around 26km of running and 7km of swimming, starting at Freshwater East and ending at Saundersfoot Harbour. All running will be off-road following the Pembrokeshire Coast path with aid stations positioned on the route.

There is also a shorter Sprint distance, which starts from Lydstep.

Enter solo or in a team of 2 (team members have to stay together at all time and cannot be more than 10 metres apart).
