Kingfisher Challenge: 6 Hour Running Race

The Kingfisher Challenge on 30 September 2026 at Coombe Abbey Park in Coventry is a 6 hour running race on a 3.3 mile off-road loop.

You decide how many laps you’re going to do on the day within the 6-hour time limit. If you’re looking to cover a marathon distance you’ll need to complete 8 laps and a half marathon will be 4 laps.

The majority of the course route is on stone pathways, with a meadow section on open grassland. This event includes a Canicross category – refer to event website for associated rules.
