Run to the Sea Bournemouth
The Run to the Sea Bournemouth on 3 October 2026 is a 50km ultra marathon on a point-to-point course from Ringwood to Bournemouth.
The course runs from Moors Valley Country Park to Hengistbury Head, following the Castleman Trailway for part of the way and along the stunning seafront into Bournemouth. The terrain is mixed and includes forest trails and coastal paths.
This flat, beautifully scenic course is a great intro to ultra-running, an opportunity to challenge yourself to a fast 50km run time, or simply just an amazing run to the sea.
