Grand Canal Canter: Autumn
The Grand Canal Canter Autumn edition on 25 October 2026 includes a Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K in Mid Devon.
The routes are held 100% on the Grand Western Canal Path starting at Tiverton Canal Basin and heading towards Sampford Peverell. The Marathon distance is 2-laps of the Half Marathon course.
There is approx 90ft of ascent in the Half Marathon and approx 180ft of ascent in the Marathon, making it a flat fast course along hard packed gravel canal paths.
This is a cup-free event – bring your own cup/water bottle for refilling at aid stations during the race.
