Mumbles Duathlon

Event Details

The Mumbles Duathlon is being held as part of the Mumbles Multi Sport Festival in Swansea on 26 September 2026.

This popular Sprint distance Run + Bike + Run event is based from Knabb Rock Car Park.

The run legs follow the coastal path before entering the Mumbles Hill nature reserve. The bike course is a scenic out and back course through the beautiful welsh countryside.
