Eastbourne Triathlon Festival
The TriBourne Eastbourne Triathlon Festival on 12 July 2026 includes 4 Triathlon distances plus Aquathlon and Duathlon options and TriStar events for the Kids.
Swim against the backdrop of Eastbourne’s historic pier, cycle on fully closed roads over the famous Beachy Head Road and run along the iconic seaside promenade.
Based from Western Lawns, Eastbourne, the event includes a Middle, Standard, Sprint and Novice/Super Sprint triathlon. The Middle, Standard and Sprint distances can be entered solo, or in a relay team of 3.

Novice/Super Sprint: 300m + 10K + 2.5K
Sprint: 750m + 20K + 5K – solo/relay
Standard: 1500m + 40K + 10K – solo/relay
Middle: 1.2 miles + 56 miles + 13.1 miles – solo/relay
Duathlon (Run + Bike + Run):
Sprint: 2.5K + 20K + 5K – solo
Standard: 5K + 40K + 10K – solo
Aquathlon (Swim + Run):
Kids/TriStars (distances based on age)
Sprint: 750m + 5K – solo
Standard: 1500m + 10K – solo
+ 1500m Swim
