Scafell Sky Race
The Scafell Sky Race on 6 June 2026 is a mountain trail run traversing some of the most challenging trails in the central Lake District.
This event involves 38km of mountain terrain running with 2800m of ascent on technical single-track trails from start to finish. The circular route allows you to run from the centre of the Great Langdale Valley, over Lakeland Fells and through Lakeland Valleys, whilst you summit England’s highest mountain on route and traverse some of the most challenging trails in the region.
The Scafell Sky Race is a Lake District journey that will test the speed and endurance of experienced and aspiring mountain runners.
