Silsoe Stride 5K & 10K

The annual Silsoe Stride is on 28 June 2026 with a 10km, 5km and childrens’ runs through the stunning grounds of Wrest Park and surrounding farmland.

The scenic routes are ideal for runners of all abilities including those new to running, with a gentle undulating 5km route and a few more hills on the 10km.

The popular Children’s Fun Run includes distances from 100m to 1000m.

The Stride is organised by volunteers and groups from the village and all profits are shared to beneficiaries within the village.
