Slate Trail Ultra
The Slate Trail Ultra on 14 November 2026 is an epic 147km journey along the Slate Trail in Snowdonia, Wales.
The full route visits welcoming villages along a variety of trails: from easy, low-level valley paths, to higher mountain passes, to wild moorland and river gorges, taking in stunning views of Yr Wyddfa/Snowdon and the abandoned slate mining villages nestled away amongst the hills. There is a 36 hour cut off for this event.
The shorter, Ultra Tour of the Quarries route comprises some 80km & 2,300m+ elevation predominantly along the Snowdonia Slate Trail Ultra. The cut off for this event is 24 hours.
