The Upton Triathlon & Duathlon on 11 July 2026 is based by the River Severn in a scenic area of Worcestershire

The swim leg is an open water swim in the river. The bike and running routes follow wide open roads out in the countryside.

Sprint: 750m + 21K + 5K – solo/relay
Standard: 1.5K + 42K + 10K – solo/relay

Duathlon (Run + Bike + Run):
Sprint: 5K + 21K + 2.5K
Standard: 10K + 42K + 5K

Aquathon (Swim + Run):
Sprint: 750m + 5K
Standard: 1.5K + 10K

Kids:
1K fun run
100m waddle
